  I had a really bad experience here. After a good assessment of my issue the physio gave me a massage and electro therapy, but zero information about her diagnosis or rationale for the treatment. Then I was handed over to another (junior?) staff member no be taken through some exercises. She showed me one exercise and left me to practice it. She didn't monitor how I was going and forgot all about me - I was left lying on the floor in the main open area of the clinic. During this time another staff member was wandering in and out of the area talking on the phone about a person who had died!
  
  I couldn't wait to get out of the place!

  Fantastic practice. Staff are professional, proficient and great at explaining my injury and management to me. I could not recommend this practice highly enough
