  Barbara - The Quiet Achiever
  
  What a difference a day makes - for us it was the day we selected Barbara Wright (Seacliff Property) as our sales agent. Having bought and sold several properties over the years in Sydney and other locations, our criteria for selecting an agent was simple - results results results!
  
  Thirroul is a very different place these days than when my family first settled here in the early 1930s. As a thriving seaside village commutable distance to Sydney, the lifestyle is enviable and the current number of real estate agents in Thirroul is testimony of a high demand high value location.
  
  It was an easy decision to choose Barbara as our sales agent - her credentials are impeccable, she is a licensed valuer, her sales record is outstanding across all price ranges including luxury and prestige properties and her local knowledge is impressive as a resident and successful businesswoman in the Illawarra.
  
  On a personal level there is much to appreciate in Barbara and we felt confident in putting our trust in her integrity, experience and professionalism. All of this is hard won in a sea of other agents that focus on their brand rather than their clients.
  
  Most of all - although it is an option - a good agent doesn’t need an auction to achieve record results - Barbara proves this consistently in guiding her clients towards the most effective strategy which is demonstrated in her record of success.

  Barbara Wright has just helped us to sell our parents home of over 40 years - it was a big undertaking for the family, and Barbara's professionalism, local knowledge and experience helped to make it as simple a process as it could be. Barbara was available to us at all times for the many questions we had. She was unfailingly helpful and both styled and marketed the property beautifully.   I had the worst house to sell in a pretty good location in Coledale.
  Barbara and her team expertly guided us through the process and made it virtually stress free
  Her opinions were astute and she conducted the campaign exceptionally professionally
  Even her recommendation of solicitors at Prime was a smooth experience

  We have recently bought and sold through Barbara and can honestly say she was very professional, honest and fair in both scenarios. Barbara achieved a sale after only 3 opens, after each inspection she gave us honest detailed and plausible feedback on each group. Barbara is a great communicator and listener, she goes about her business in a refined and respectful manner, there was no pressure and we felt very comfortable and confident having her manage such an emotional and stressful process for us.
